With the digital streaming platforms and stores you choose to distribute to (such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, and others), so your releases can be published.

With trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (for example hosting, payment, and analytics providers), under confidentiality obligations.

When required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

We do not sell your personal information, and our app does not use an advertising identifier or serve third-party ads.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. We may retain certain records longer where required for legal, tax, or financial obligations (for example, royalty and payout records).

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.

Eclipse Distro is intended for professional and aspiring music creators and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
