Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Eclipse Distro account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. 1.Email [email protected] from the email address on your Eclipse Distro account, with the subject "Delete my account."
  2. 2.We'll verify the request to confirm it's really you.
  3. 3.Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days of verification.

What we delete

Your account, profile, and the personal information you provided (such as your name, email, and login details).

What may be retained

Records we're required to keep for legal, tax, or financial reasons (such as royalty and payout history), for the period required by law.

Releases already delivered to stores — you can request takedowns of live releases from your dashboard before deleting your account.
